Sumac Onions
This Turkish salad, combines thinly sliced onions, with bright and fresh flavours like sumac, lemon and parsley. It's the perfect condiment for BBQs or sandwiches.

olive oil

lemon

fresh parsley

Method
Thinly slice the onions with a knife or using a mandolin, roughly chop the parsley and add both to a bowl.
Add all other ingredients, mix and adjust the seasoning to your taste. Eat it right away or let it marinate for a few minutes.
